The contest takes place over a period of one month.

Every 1st of the month counters are reset.

Only registered members may vote.

You cannot vote for yourself.

You can give only one vote per member.

Each member can vote 3 times per month.

The fist criteria is the number of points. The member who has more points is first ranked. 

In case of a tie, the number of first places is taken in account (number of 3pts received). 

Then the number of second and third places is taken in account. 

If several users are still tied after these calculations, the date of the last vote received will be take in account. In this case the user must have received these points first.
